Duplicate characters in AI chat

In AI chat rooms, there are many people who post their own works by slightly modifying the settings of the originals. Those of us who want to chat are disappointed to find that many of them have the same content, even though there are many characters, and those who have created originals lose their motivation to create because they feel that their work has been used without their permission. Is it possible to set a rule that if someone uses another person's setting as a reference, they are not allowed to post it (it can only be used by the individual)?
