Regarding AI Character Submissions

After posting an AI character, shortly afterward, words in the profile text get changed (e.g., "貴女" → "{{char}}"), "output" gets added to the character settings, or over a third of the prompt text gets deleted despite being within the character limit. Timing-wise, it seems these changes are made immediately after approval passes. What kind of review process is this? I inquired but haven't received a response yet, so I'm posting here as well.
