Regarding the Review of AI Characters

I always enjoy using SeaArt’s image generation, AI character creation, and unlimited chat with AI characters. Thank you very much. I’m posting this because I have two points to share regarding the AI character review process.

・When creating a character, if a character fails the initial review, it seems that no matter how much I change the image or text afterward, it remains unable to pass the review. Even after changing the image and text multiple times, it consistently fails the review; however, if I file an appeal, it passes. This suggests there may be an issue with the review system causing characters that should pass to fail, so I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

・When a character that was originally created with the setting to not be visible to other users fails the review, and an appeal is filed, the character’s visibility is forcibly changed to “public” once the appeal is approved and the character’s status is updated. I would like the setting to remain unchanged—i.e., the character should remain private—even if the appeal is approved.
