The image of the AI character...

Sometimes I try to create an AI character and upload an image. However, "Upload Image" does not reflect the image, even though "Personal Works" is fine. I have no choice but to import them, but "Upload is complete! and it is not reflected. And even the app doesn't work. Reloading the home page doesn't help either...
