Abnormal behavior regarding AI characters

Suddenly, the screen started displaying only abnormally long blocks of text that appeared to be generated internally, as shown in the attached image, and the script stopped appearing.
This sometimes appears in Chinese (?) or English.
The issue persists even after changing the conversation model or AI character.
On rare occasions when a scenario does appear, as shown in the third attached image, the writing style is unnatural, and the scenario unfolds completely disregarding my input and the character’s basic settings.
Unlike before, when the dialogue had a natural tone, it has changed to something that feels very jarring, as if spoken by a foreigner who has just started learning Japanese.
Furthermore, the list of recently used characters now includes several unfamiliar characters that I have never used before.
This makes it impossible to enjoy the experience, and I’m worried that my account might be being misused.
The display of long, meaningless processes is just wasting my tokens.
Please investigate the cause and fix this immediately.
