AI characters, and stopping the ability to use them on some of my accounts

I write for the 3rd time on the forum I want to hear an answer from the organization.

1- AI characters do not open

2- throws out to the main screen

No button to turn them on

3- I can not even open my own

4- I am engaged in the creation of AI characters on Genshin impakt and I can not do them under such circumstances and restrictions.

    Hello! As mentioned in my previous response, we need you to provide the user account ID (not the AI character ID) of the account that cannot use the AI character.     They have decided that they've fixed this issue so apparently they don't ever have to fix anything else. It's insane - they roll out a subscription for AI characters but won't let you use them. They're not smart people. Not sure they're people at all. Slugs, maybe
