AI characters, and stopping the ability to use them on some of my accounts

I write for the 3rd time on the forum I want to hear an answer from the organization.

1- AI characters do not open

2- throws out to the main screen

No button to turn them on

3- I can not even open my own

4- I am engaged in the creation of AI characters on Genshin impakt and I can not do them under such circumstances and restrictions.
