Add Model Sampling Discrete Option for Base Model Upload

Introduce a Model Sampling Discrete configuration step during model upload for Illustrious and NoobAI base models.

Details

Allow model creators to define the sampling type directly in the upload process. Supported options:

• eps – Standard epsilon sampling

• v_pred – V-prediction mode

• ztsnr – Zero terminal SNR option

Rationale

By setting the sampling method at upload time, model owners can ensure consistent inference behavior and avoid issues caused by users selecting unintended sampling types. This reduces unexpected output variations and ensures the model performs as designed in downstream usage.

Proposed Behavior

• New field: Model Sampling Discrete (dropdown or radio selection)

• Applies only to base models uploaded under Illustrious or NoobAI

• Defaults to eps if not explicitly set
