5x long memory not enabling for Beginner

Feature Request

I subscribed for Beginner tier, but I can’t enable 5x long memory toggle. It redirects me to plans purchase page. Even if I disable 2x memory toggle, t still doesn’t allow me to enable 5x memory. And your support robot doesn’t help.

    I have the same problem. X5's long-term memory is not working. I paid for a standard subscription to test long-term scenarios. It's a good thing I didn't pay for a professional subscription, as I initially planned.

      You have NO official channels other than customer robot support. And Discord is in no way a proper communication channel, I don’t have to install or register on any other 3rd party app just to get support for a service I paid for.

      Since you are offering paid memberships, you SHOULD have a proper ticket system for support and contact form (email at least) on your main website. Consider this a feature request since my post is in this category.

    That’s what I get when I press 5x option, but I already have Beginner.
